- That every person that is employed by the company is a coded welder to both American (ASME) and European (EN15614) standards in a range of different materials.
- We are able to work in materials such as Monel, Hastalloy, CMV, 1% Chrome, 2 ¼% Chrome as well as conventional stainless and mild steel materials.
- We have facilities to carry out electrical works from 4-20mA to 415v three phase including 17th Edition and insulation and testing qualifications.
- We can provide hydraulic and Pneumatic installation and supply.
- We can provide control system design including panel manufacture and software (Mitsubishi, Visual Basic and Lynux)
- We have close links with the local schools in the Castleford area.
- We take an apprentice on each year and have at least one in every year band from 16 to 21 years of age.
- All site personnel have had health surveillance testing along with passport to safety.
- Managers/supervisors have NEBOSH General certification in health and safety.
- We use the latest Autocad drafting packages.
- We can manufacture pressure vessels to PD5500, ASME Viii as well as meeting the requirements of the pressure equipment directive.
- We have in-house transportation ( Lorry, Transit, small Transit).
